GIAAC
10 Miles Road Race Championships

28th January 2007

Steve Dawes set a course record in winning the 2007 GIAAC 10 mile road race Championship on a cool and blustery day. With triathlete Dave Holmes setting a fast early pace and a re-surgent Dave Dyke also in attendance, Dawes had to bide his time before injecting a surge in pace on the descent of L'Eree to break free and build a winning lead.

Martine Scholes took advantage of Louise Perrio's absence to demonstrate her excellent form and also set a course record and personal best finishing inside 62 minutes.
