3.6 MILE ROAD RACE
VAZON - ROUSSE
SUNDAY 11th February 2001

London Marathon and Island Games hopeful Mike Doyle turned in a good performance and came away the clear winner of the GIAACıs 3.6 Mile Road Race held between Vazon and Rousse.

Despite undergoing a heavy training program Doyle proved he still had a good turn of speed in his legs and came home over a minute clear of Paul Cherry, Alan Smith was the leading veteran runner in third place.
