10k titles for Paul and Val

With newly crowned Hampshire county 10k road champion Alan Rowe taking a rest, Paul Ingrouille ran away with the honours in yesterday’s GIAAC championship race over the same distance. In cold conditions Ingrouille covered the six miles in exactly 35 minutes to win by 57 seconds from Mark Anthony. A fit again Val Phillips won the women’s title from Penny Buckingham, with Caroline Wickham taking third.
